Communications Manager – European Seed Sector

About the role

The Communications Manager will join Euroseeds’ Coordination Group Outreach and Advocacy, reporting to the Coordinator and Secretary General. Based in Brussels, the role supports the development and execution of Euroseeds’ communication strategy, enhancing outreach, advocacy and lobbying activities across the European seed sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement communication activities across digital and offline channels, including press releases, brochures, fact sheets, newsletters and other materials.
• Manage and develop the Euroseeds corporate website and the Euroseeds Congress website, overseeing web publishing, content creation, layout coordination and performance monitoring.
• Strengthen Euroseeds’ social media presence and drive digital engagement initiatives.
• Develop and expand media relations, organise press briefings and respond to media enquiries.
• Coordinate communication activities with Euroseeds members, stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead the dedicated Communication Committee (CCOM) and support related activities of other Euroseeds bodies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic communications, outreach and advocacy within a multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in managing corporate websites and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with the European seed or agricultural sector is an advantage.
