CNC Cutting Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a CNC Cutting Machine Operator to join Sabca’s aerospace manufacturing team in Brussels. You will be responsible for machining aeronautical parts on CNC cutting machines while adhering to quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical drawings and plans to determine machining phases.
• Prepare, set up and operate CNC cutting machines, load CNC programs.
• Monitor machine performance during production and perform first‑level maintenance.
• Conduct dimensional checks on produced parts and report any anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with EN9100 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards.

Required profile

• Initial experience as a CNC operator or in an industrial production environment (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming and ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency with standard dimensional measuring instruments.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
