CCH Tagetik Specialist or Pro

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced CCH Tagetik specialist to join its Advisory team in Brussels. The role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise performance management solutions for CFOs, helping clients transform their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as solution architect and lead developer on large‑scale EPM transformations, primarily in FP&A and consolidation.
• Analyse client business requirements and translate them into CCH Tagetik blueprints, bridging the gap between IT and finance.
• Design overall EPM system architecture, advise on integration decisions and oversee data validation activities.
• Develop finance models for costing, planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation, ensuring best‑practice workflow and calculation design.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept builds for prospective clients and coach junior model builders.
• Serve as PwC’s internal CCH Tagetik subject‑matter expert, delivering training to end‑users and team members.
• Support partners and directors in business development initiatives related to the CCH Tagetik practice.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in finance or EPM implementations.
• Strong interest in CFO agendas and the impact of technology and global economic trends on finance functions.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end EPM projects, from design through implementation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and acting as a primary client contact during projects.
