Business Analyst

About the role

As a Business Analyst you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into effective technical solutions. You will focus on continuous improvement, questioning existing practices and collaborating to design smarter, future‑ready processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse end‑to‑end business processes and model them using BPMN methodology.
• Gather, clarify and prioritize functional and non‑functional requirements in an Agile environment.
• Facilitate workshops, refine user stories and maintain a well‑structured backlog with the Product Owner.
• Model information using UML class diagrams, introduce new business concepts and ensure consistent definitions across systems.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Architects to validate designs and explore improvements to the enterprise architecture.

Required profile

• Strong passion for business process modelling and a clear understanding of the difference between business and application processes.
• Ability to step back, analyse existing processes, and propose improvements aligned with organisational objectives.
• Curious, respectfully critical mindset with a willingness to challenge assumptions constructively.
