Brand Manager – HiPRO

About the role

The Brand Manager for HiPRO will report to the Group Brand Manager Protein and work within a small brand team to drive the HiPRO portfolio in the Belgian market. You will act as the primary point of contact for HiPRO in Belgium while collaborating on cross‑country projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow HiPRO’s market leadership in Benelux.
• Lead the development and execution of brand plans, working closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for day‑to‑day brand matters in Belgium.
• Conduct the annual brand audit and create a growth plan with supporting functions.
• Design and manage local growth events and creative development.
• Drive local innovation and renovation projects.
• Build the sport‑brand support model, including partnerships, ambassadors and events.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of brand management experience with a proven record of business growth.
• Experience leading innovation projects at local or pan‑EU level.
• Strong understanding of sport‑related brands and partnership activation.
• Analytical mindset to translate market and consumer insights into strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
