Bellperson (Hotel Guest Services)

About the role

The Bellperson creates a positive first impression for hotel guests, assisting with arrivals, departures, luggage, and transportation while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing courteous service.
• Assist with luggage handling, curbside delivery, and room placement.
• Arrange taxis, transportation, and deliver packages, flowers, wine, and other items to guest rooms.
• Park, retrieve, and maintain guest vehicles, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Keep lobby, garage, and “white zone” clean and free of unauthorized persons.
• Provide local area information, answer guest queries, and act as a backup concierge.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, report garage activity to the front desk, and support emergency access routes.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Bell Attendant or Bell Captain in a luxury hotel.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate manual‑shift vehicles.
• Minimum age of 26 years (insurance requirement).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lb.
