AI Adoption Lead

About the role

PWC Belgium’s Microsoft Practice is expanding its AI adoption services. The AI Adoption Lead will own the transition from deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot to ensuring organisations truly embed the technology in daily work and realise measurable benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end adoption programmes for Microsoft 365 Copilot, from planning to measurable take‑up.
• Design and execute change‑management approaches, including communication, training, champion networks and follow‑up.
• Build and coach champion communities; deliver workshops and enablement sessions for end users and managers.
• Define adoption metrics, track usage data and adjust programmes based on performance.
• Translate adoption results into business terms for sponsors and leadership.
• Advise clients on responsible AI use, data protection, governance and EU AI Act obligations.
• Collaborate with technical specialists while keeping focus on people and ways of working.
• Support proposals and pre‑sales on a limited basis, shaping adoption approaches and scoping new work.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional experience with a proven track record in technology adoption and change management.
• Experience leading an organisation through an AI or digital transformation, preferably from start to finish.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable enterprise tool adoption.
• Familiarity with structured change‑management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders, including executives.
• Consulting or advisory background with strong client‑facing project delivery experience.
