Lead Full Stack Developer – Angular / Java

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design and delivery of complex web solutions for its clients in Brussels. You will act as a senior technical consultant, shaping architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across the Angular and Java stack.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the business vision, strategy and project road‑maps and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define and maintain a clear set of functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Design future‑proof solution architectures aligned with organisational blueprints.
• Collaborate with solution architects and squad analysts to create end‑to‑end applications.
• Provide high‑level effort estimates and break large requirements into time‑boxed features.
• Serve as the single point of contact for business requestors, ensuring transparent communication.
• Document and communicate solution details to users, analysts, operations and management.
• Oversee implementation to guarantee compliance with architectural standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in full‑stack web development using Angular and Java.
• Strong grasp of frontend, BFF (Backend‑for‑Frontend) and backend technologies.
• Proven experience with API integration, performance optimisation, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• Hands‑on experience building Java‑based REST and GraphQL APIs in a micro‑service architecture.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and the complete software development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate high‑level business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Domain knowledge in the telecom industry is a plus.
