Digital Change Lead (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Change Lead (m/f/d) to drive digital adoption and change enablement across our organization. The role will support digital transformation initiatives by ensuring users are ready, engaged and equipped with the right knowledge and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital adoption and change enablement activities.
• Develop communication, training and engagement materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement and user readiness initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, communities of practice and champion networks.
• Contribute to learning journeys, onboarding programs and capability building.
• Monitor adoption KPIs and continuously improve engagement strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Digital Adoption, Digital Transformation, Learning & Development or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or similar.
• Experience creating communication and training materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in international and cross‑functional environments.
• Fluent English required; French or Dutch a plus.
