Cyber Security Analyst (m/f/d)

About the role

The leading international financial services organisation is expanding its security team and seeks experienced Cyber Security Analysts to strengthen enterprise security controls across its critical market infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and translate security policies into actionable requirements for business and technology initiatives.
• Guide the design, implementation, and validation of security controls for applications, infrastructure, and business processes.
• Review solution architectures to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
• Define and support security testing activities, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and evaluate remediation plans.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance security services, standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Act as a trusted security advisor, providing expertise on information security risks and mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Professional experience in cyber security, information security, infrastructure security, or application security.
• Strong understanding of security risk management, governance, secure design principles, and control frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions while collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field; security certifications are a plus.
