Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen operations to ensure high‑quality food service throughout the hotel.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries and issues.
• Carry out assigned duties in a timely and professional manner, adhering to departmental plans and objectives.
• Help control costs and inventory, supporting productivity and performance targets.
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, best‑practice procedures and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
