Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role
Deliveroo is expanding its restaurant portfolio across Belgium and is looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company and its key restaurant partners. Based in Brussels, you will split your time between the office and on‑the‑road visits to ensure strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage long‑term strategic partnerships with 30‑40 national restaurant brands.
- Lead partner‑specific projects from inception through implementation to meet agreed goals.
- Monitor, analyse and present KPI performance in regular review meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Increase revenue from existing accounts by advising on best practices and crafting partner strategies.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to optimise partnerships and drive operational excellence.
- Maintain a win‑win collaboration with a large portfolio of restaurant partners throughout Belgium.
Required profile
- Passion for food and the restaurant industry.
- 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in the restaurant or food‑delivery sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset capable of using data to improve partner performance.
- Comfortable working in the field and handling operational tasks.
- Customer‑centric approach, using quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Fluent in Dutch with good understanding of French and English.
