Trainer Retail & Wholesale

About the role

As a Trainer Retail & Wholesale you will support Xandres’ international growth by developing the skills of retail teams and wholesale partners. You will create a clear learning journey that moves participants from basic brand knowledge to full Xandres expertise, ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs, define learning objectives and design the Xandres Learning Journey.
• Develop an annual training calendar aligned with collections, commercial priorities and business goals.
• Create and deliver training programmes in various formats: on‑shop floor, face‑to‑face, digital videos, workshops, quizzes and coaching sessions.
• Conduct training sessions at headquarters, stores and wholesale partners in Belgium, the Netherlands and the DACH region.
• Provide on‑site sales training and coaching, track participation and progress together with HR.
• Visit wholesale partners with account managers to support their learning journey.
• Evaluate training impact, gather feedback and continuously improve the programme.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion, retail, beauty or another premium consumer environment.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Strong commercial mindset and focus on premium customer experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent work style with ability to collaborate across functions.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French or German a plus.
