About the role
Growatt is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide on‑site assistance for its photovoltaic (PV) inverter and energy storage solutions in Belgium. You will act as the primary technical liaison for distributors, installers, and end‑users, ensuring product performance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for Growatt products across Belgium.
- Conduct training sessions for distributors and installers on product usage and best practices.
- Report product faults, escalate major quality issues, and collaborate with headquarters to improve product quality.
- Maintain technical documentation, daily work reports, and follow company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, diagnose product faults, manage replacements/maintenance, perform system upgrades, and carry out routine site visits.
Required profile
- Degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in electrical or photovoltaic service is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and self‑learning abilities.
- Excellent communication, customer handling and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, responsible, goal‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from €3,500 to €4,500 per month.
