Tax Certificate Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Tax Certificate Case Manager to act as the liaison between tax authorities and our internal processes. In this position you will handle applications, prepare tax certificates, and oversee each case from initiation to closure while ensuring strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process requests and applications from tax authorities.
• Prepare, review, and issue tax certificates in accordance with applicable laws.
• Manage cases throughout their lifecycle, monitoring progress and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, archiving, and record‑keeping.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external agencies, including tax authorities.
• Identify regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on existing procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience in file management, administration, or tax‑related activities is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured work approach.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
