Supply Chain (DSP) Internship

About the role

Join the Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) team at Nestlé Waters for a 6‑month paid internship. You will work from Nestlé’s Brussels office and remotely, supporting daily supply chain operations and gaining hands‑on experience in logistics and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Follow‑up on pallet management (LPR/CHEP/Europallets), analyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Perform SKU and master data cleaning activities in SAP.
• Provide backup for the DSP team during peak periods or holidays on a specific product portfolio.
• Support weekly routines such as returnable glass management, KPI updates, analysis and stock management.
• Improve, standardise and document processes, communicating updates to Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics.
• Enhance copacking flow and ensure smooth information exchange with key contacts.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field with a supply‑chain focus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable with cross‑functional topics.
• Affinity with digital tools such as SAP, Excel and Power BI.
• Structured, autonomous and able to own projects from analysis to implementation.
• Dynamic, curious and willing to challenge existing ways of working constructively.
