Project Manager – Engineering Projects (Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects for a leading consultancy serving the energy sector in Brussels. You will act as the main interface between customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering and infrastructure projects from concept through execution to final delivery.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
• Define project scope, plan activities, monitor milestones and manage risks.
• Track budgets, timelines and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
• Organise and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Review technical deliverables and support engineering teams in solving project‑related challenges.
• Manage contractual, technical and operational aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electromechanical, Mechanical or related discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Strong organisational, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
