About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across the Benelux region. You will develop relationships with key clients in Belgium and the Netherlands, identify growth opportunities and promote our multimodal logistics solutions. The role offers a clear pathway towards team leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic key accounts across Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing clients.
  • Sell and expand multimodal logistics solutions, including air, ocean, road and warehousing services.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics account management.
  • Experience with multimodal logistics (air, ocean, road, warehousing).
  • Ambition to move into team leadership in the future.

    What we offer

    • Base salary €110K‑€120K plus OTE.
    • Company car and fuel card.
    • Flexible working arrangements.
