Junior Operations Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking a Junior Operations Consultant to join its Operations/Supply Chain Managed Services team. You will be embedded within client organisations, taking ownership of critical supply‑chain processes and delivering measurable outcomes on a day‑to‑day basis.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and optimise procurement, planning, production support and logistics processes on behalf of clients.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities across the end‑to‑end supply chain.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, run processes and design improved operating models.
• Leverage AI‑driven solutions, advanced analytics and digital platforms to digitise and transform supply‑chain operations.
• Apply PwC best‑practice benchmarks to uncover process, organisational and cost‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in operations and supply‑chain management.
• Collaborative, caring and daring attitude with a passion for delivering hands‑on services.
• Ability to work in long‑term engagements and adapt to evolving client needs.

Required skills

• Understanding of supply‑chain processes such as procurement, planning, production support and logistics.
• Familiarity with digital transformation concepts, AI‑driven solutions and advanced analytics.
