Financial Controller – Up to €5,500 Gross + Company Car

About the role

We are recruiting for a Financial Controller in Bruges for a growing international organisation. The role goes beyond traditional reporting, offering ownership, visibility and influence while working closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Analyse P&L, margins, profitability and working capital
• Build management reporting and turn numbers into actionable insights
• Partner with Operations, Sales and senior management
• Identify financial risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Support investment decisions and business cases
• Improve financial processes, controls and reporting
• Drive automation, digitalisation and ERP improvements
• Take ownership of projects beyond traditional controlling
