E-Commerce Project Management Internship

About the role

If you are passionate about e‑commerce and want to see how digital channels drive growth in the FMCG sector, this 6‑month paid internship offers hands‑on experience with Nestlé’s iconic brands across major online and brick‑and‑mortar retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the e‑content process and coordinate discussions during e‑commerce meetings with Nestlé categories and brands.
• Upload, maintain and optimise product content on retailer platforms, including descriptions, images and ingredients.
• Update e‑content after product relaunches, assortment changes and retailer‑specific requirements.
• Support the e‑commerce manager in developing sales opportunities with online‑only customers such as Happy Hour and Too Good To Go.
• Coordinate promotional and operational activities by planning volumes, validating plans with customers and ensuring smooth execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and/or Dutch with a strong command of English.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, proactive and independent.
• Interest in FMCG and e‑commerce environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• General IT literacy and ability to work with digital content management tools.
