Digital Marketing Specialist Internship – Nescafé Dolce Gusto

About the role

Join the Nescafé Dolce Gusto team in Brussels for a 6‑month paid internship focused on digital marketing. You will help shape the brand’s online presence across the website, CRM, social media, paid media and the Premio loyalty program, blending creativity with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for the NDG website, including machines, capsules, promotions and sustainability pages.
• Manage CRM data, promo plans, monthly newsletters, special programs and offline activations.
• Collaborate with consumer service to keep information up‑to‑date and suggest improvements.
• Monitor community management and CES reports to stay connected with the audience.
• Handle social media, display/retargeting banners, Google SEO/SEA/Shopping and other digital tools, from content creation to implementation and follow‑up.
• Contribute to the Premio loyalty app content and CRM updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with strong English proficiency.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, SEA and social‑media channels.
• Interest in CRM and online marketing, with familiarity in website optimisation and e‑mail marketing.
• Excellent communication, creativity and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
