Cyber Security Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Team Lead to design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and tooling as part of a multi‑cloud migration. The role will ensure compliance with ISO 27000 standards and the client’s cybersecurity regulations while leading security initiatives on‑site in Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy new IAM processes and tools for multi‑cloud environments.
• Define and review security settings, including MFA and Entra ID configurations.
• Apply ICT security policies, ISO 27000 requirements, and conditional access policies.
• Coordinate security projects and activities across teams.
• Conduct log analysis and enforce cloud security architecture best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the security domain.
• At least one security certification (CISSP, CISA, OSCP).
