Cluster IT Systems Operator

About the role

The Cluster IT Systems Operator ensures the reliable operation of the hotel’s IT infrastructure, supporting both guests and staff. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks, servers, workstations, and related hardware and software.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers and workstations.
• Provide end‑user support, train staff on system use and security, and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Plan and coordinate equipment installations, moves, additions, and upgrades.
• Implement and monitor network security measures and backup procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices and manage disk‑space allocation across the network.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems support or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
