Join a powerful ecosystem of top security experts and become the strategic guide for our customers. As a Customer‑facing CISO you will act as the trusted advisor, translating complex cyber threats into board‑level language and aligning security initiatives with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer‑specific cyber security policies and long‑term roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into tactical action plans and oversee execution.
• Serve as a C‑level sparring partner, participating in board meetings and risk committees.
• Establish security governance, ensuring alignment between security, privacy, and business continuity.
• Lead risk analyses across IT, OT, and IoT environments and make findings understandable for management.
• Guide customers through regulatory landscapes (e.g., NIS2, GDPR) and prepare them for audits and ISO certifications.
• Oversee incident response, coordinate crisis communication, and advise on SOC and monitoring services.
• Raise security awareness, produce clear risk and maturity reports, and act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who quickly grasps organisational structures and identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities.
• Strong communicator able to speak both board‑level and technical audiences.
• Diplomatic and steadfast, capable of handling resistance and pushing back when necessary.
• Academic‑level working and thinking ability.

Required skills

• Expertise in GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Deep knowledge of legislation such as NIS2 and GDPR.
• Proficiency with IT Service Management (ITIL).
• Extensive experience with ICT architectures; knowledge of OT/ICS and IoT is a strong advantage.
• Risk analysis and security governance implementation.
• Familiarity with SOC operations and security monitoring services.
