Brand Manager Intern – Confectionery (Nesquik, Galak & Crunch)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Nesquik Confectionery team as a Brand Manager Intern for a six‑month paid internship starting January 2027. You will work from the Brussels office and remotely, supporting the brand’s growth across Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Develop communication campaigns and assets (digital, social, print, e‑newsletters, website, in‑store) and brief external agencies, then analyse post‑campaign results.
• Monitor and update CRM communications online and offline, ensuring relevance, refreshing assets with new products and tracking engagement.
• Support new product launches and renovations by assisting with artwork, packshots, e‑commerce publication, code creation, launch events and strategy, while coordinating all stakeholders.
• Assist with tasting events – select venues, prepare activities, follow up results and analyse sales uplift.
• Collaborate on influencer initiatives – help select partners, provide feedback on content creation together with the Brand Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Junior professional with a hands‑on approach.
• Flexible, autonomous and strong project‑management skills.
• Passion for the FMCG sector.
