Warehouse Operator – North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)

About the role

NV Cargo is expanding its logistics network in Germany and seeks reliable warehouse operators for its North Rhine‑Westphalia site. You will work in a fast‑paced e‑commerce fulfillment environment, handling inbound and outbound flows while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify incoming goods, checking SKU codes and packaging condition.
• Sort, store and record inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, supporting loading and dispatch processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area and follow all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an overseas warehouse or e‑commerce fulfillment setting.
• Currently residing in North Rhine‑Westphalia and holding a valid German work permit.
• Physically fit, reliable, punctual and able to work overtime or weekend shifts.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with a Warehouse Management System is a plus.
