Tender Manager – Maintenance & Facilities

About the role

As a Tender Manager you will lead the full tender process for maintenance and facilities projects across Wallonia, from opportunity assessment to project hand‑over. You will work closely with clients and internal experts to build strong technical and commercial offers that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant business opportunities and analyse technical, administrative, financial and legal specifications.
• Develop winning bid strategies, lead cost estimation and prepare qualification files.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders including purchasing, legal and technical teams.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client specifications and establish project baselines, planning and procurement strategies.
• Manage risks, negotiate with clients and suppliers, and ensure compliance with internal governance and submission deadlines.
• Support the launch phase of projects, ensure smooth transition from tender to execution and organise transfer of awarded projects to operational teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with experience in project management or bid management.
• Knowledge of maintenance and facilities services and ability to analyse technical specifications and contractual obligations.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites across Wallonia.
