Systems & Integrations Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Systems & Integrations Engineer to join our IT team in Liège. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role responsible for administering our core business platforms, maintaining our AWS cloud environment, and building and monitoring the integrations that connect them. You will be a critical enabler of CEFALY's global operations, ensuring reliable systems, accurate data flows, and effective tools for the teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core SaaS platforms such as NetSuite ERP, Shopify, WordPress, and Microsoft Entra ID, managing vendor relationships and platform health.
• Design, implement, and monitor integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, logistics providers and other systems using Celigo or other iPaaS solutions.
• Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda) with proper security, access controls, cost monitoring, and support new cloud‑based components.
• Serve as primary escalation point for platform and integration issues, contribute to change management, incident response, documentation, and onboarding/off‑boarding processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, integration engineering, or a closely related IT role.
• Demonstrable experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms, especially NetSuite.
• Hands‑on experience building or maintaining integrations using an iPaaS platform.
• Comfortable working with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to trace data flows and diagnose root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a strong asset.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, healthcare) and familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
