Senior Web Developer (AI-Augmented)

About the role

This fully remote senior web developer position is focused on building and maintaining scalable full‑stack applications while integrating AI‑native capabilities such as large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and agentic workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate modern front‑end experiences using React and TanStack tools, ensuring performance and maintainable component architecture.
• Build modular, testable back‑end services with NestJS and deliver full‑stack features via Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes).
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, ECS/Fargate) and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Create production‑grade AI features, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, evaluations and agentic workflows.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf) to accelerate development, debugging, testing and automation while reviewing AI‑generated code for quality and security.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews and technical decision‑making across product, design and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web development experience with a strong track record of delivering production features.
• Daily hands‑on use of AI coding tools and solid understanding of when to trust or override AI output.
• Experience building AI‑powered capabilities using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agentic systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
