Senior Brand Manager – Stella Artois

About the role

As Senior Brand Manager for Stella Artois Belgium, you will shape the growth of one of AB InBev’s most iconic global brands. Based in Leuven, you will lead the development and execution of the brand plan in Belgium and own strategic projects across the European Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 360° brand plan, translating strategy into communication, trade and commercial actions.
• Lead the deployment of global platforms such as “A Taste Worth More”, “Perfect Serve” and the tennis partnership in Belgium.
• Partner with creative, PR and media agencies to create high‑impact campaigns that resonate with consumers.
• Drive innovation, renovation and packaging projects, collaborating with Supply, Innovation, RFFS and Sales teams.
• Own selected European‑zone projects, working across markets and travelling as needed.
• Manage the brand budget, forecasting and purchase‑order processes while ensuring commercial discipline.

Required profile

• Strong FMCG marketing experience with a solid understanding of consumers, brands and commercial drivers.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
• Proven strategic, project‑management and execution skills with a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams, agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
