Senior Associate – Management Consultant, Operations Planning

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Strategy & Operations Advisory team in Brussels. You will work on supply‑chain planning projects, helping clients optimise demand, supply and inventory processes across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply‑chain planning activities, including demand, supply and inventory planning.
• Analyse client issues, propose proactive solutions using PwC best practices and benchmarks.
• Deliver high‑quality work products and presentations.
• Collaborate as an active member of mixed PwC‑client teams in a multinational environment.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, sciences or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in supply‑chain planning within Pharma & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing & Automotive, or Energy & Utilities.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Pro‑active, reliable and able to work directly with client management.
