About the role
Nuclivision is expanding the commercial rollout of its AI‑powered PET imaging solution, Nuclarity, across Europe. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands‑on Sales Director to lead and grow our business in Spain and Portugal.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Iberia.
- Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities with nuclear medicine centres and related stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, clearly communicating Nuclarity’s clinical and operational value.
- Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, demos, negotiations and closing – while keeping CRM data up to date.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and represent Nuclivision at conferences and congresses.
- Provide market insights, sales forecasts and competitor analysis to senior leadership.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably in medical imaging, nuclear medicine or clinical SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business in clinical environments.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in a startup.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- BA/BS degree or higher and a valid driver’s licence.
