Risk Management Infrastructure & Construction Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager or Senior Consultant to strengthen its Risk Consulting team in Infrastructure and Construction. Based in Brussels, you will help clients navigate complex capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with robust risk controls.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the visibility of the team’s service offering both internally and externally.
• Lead commercial activities, target new clients, and develop tailored proposals.
• Advise clients on execution of critical capital projects and optimise operating models for asset lifecycles.
• Support digital transformation of client operating models, leveraging emerging construction technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (civil or industrial), architecture or a related field.
• 4‑8 years of experience in risk management, infrastructure or construction consulting.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Well‑connected in the Belgian market with solid industry knowledge.
