Project Manager Design

About the role

As a Project Manager you are accountable for large and complex projects, overseeing quality, scope, schedule and budgetary performance according to the Project Management Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Complete handover with the Pursuit Leader.
• Establish and maintain a Project Management Plan that matches project risk.
• Ensure the plan is followed by all team members.
• Deliver or exceed the commercial plan and identify margin‑improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a positive cash balance through prompt invoicing and debt collection.
• Collaborate with the Resource Manager/Planner to allocate the best resources.
• Guarantee client quality expectations are understood and met.
• Monitor and update scopes of work, schedules and budgets.
• Communicate client variations that may affect scope, budget, schedule or quality.
• Manage internal and external change processes with the team.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineer in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent with MEP or HVAC experience.
• Proven experience as a project manager handling multidisciplinary projects from design to implementation.
• Familiarity with resource planning, quality monitoring and budget control.
• Strong communication, persuasive and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in Dutch with good proficiency in English.
