Project Manager Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Consultant to lead the design and delivery of training initiatives for remote offices. The role combines project management expertise with a strong focus on e‑learning and emerging GenAI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs that incorporate online and e‑learning components for geographically dispersed teams.
• Leverage GenAI tools to create, implement, and evaluate learning content and training effectiveness.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Produce analytical reports and dashboards with Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Present project outcomes and promote initiatives to diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least three years in project management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with proven presentation ability.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and reliable with a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments under tight deadlines.
• Team player with excellent self‑management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
