Project Management Consultant – Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Management Consultant to join our team and support clients in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects. The role is based in Belgium and involves working across various departments to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans that guide clients through each project phase.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct risk management activities to minimize project risks.
• Perform quality control throughout project development.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and produce comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align project goals with company growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in project management.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Authorized to work in Belgium.
