Performance Marketing Specialist – Marketplaces

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media and demand‑generation activities across its European marketplace portfolio. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, incremental revenue, and a strong return on advertising spend while collaborating closely with brand, commercial, and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance retail media tactics to meet traffic and revenue goals for multiple European marketplaces.
• Own budgeting, phasing, and spend tracking to maximise ROAS and overall business growth.
• Align brand and performance strategies with partners, cross‑functional teams, and media agencies.
• Support marketplace expansion for Levi’s Europe within a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Commercial Marketplaces, Sales, and Merchandising on campaign calendars, assortments, creative assets, and promotions.
• Contribute to budget allocation across the marketing funnel for each marketplace partner.
• Lead test‑and‑learn road‑maps, provide data for econometric modelling, and optimise campaigns based on insights.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with media agencies and key partners such as Zalando and Amazon, and execute joint business plans.
• Analyse performance data, report findings, and drive continuous improvement across a multi‑channel ecosystem.
