Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. The specialist will ensure the accuracy and compliance of logistics documentation and help improve our supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity and industry compliance.
• Create annotated sample documents that illustrate best practices in logistics and supply‑chain management.
• Assess current supply‑chain workflows and recommend practical improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating the relevance and correctness of supply‑chain data sets.
• Help develop training materials that reflect industry standards and nuanced supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with logistics and supply‑chain documentation.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and documentation standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven analytical abilities.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
