About the role
NTU International is building a pool of qualified experts to support the Cooperation Facility project in Lesotho. As a Junior Monitoring & Evaluation Expert, you will contribute to the tracking and analysis of project performance, ensuring that EU‑funded activities meet their objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Support monitoring missions and data collection activities.
- Assist in reviewing project indicators and assessing performance against targets.
- Prepare monitoring reports and contribute to results analysis.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with EU‑funded project frameworks is a plus.
