Junior First Line IT Support (L1) – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior First Line IT Support professional to join our Brussels team. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, providing remote and on‑site assistance while ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log support requests via phone, email, chat or other platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Provide remote assistance and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
• Track all interactions in ServiceNow and monitor incident progress against SLAs.
• Close incidents after verification and follow up with users to confirm resolution.
• Assist with PC re‑configuration, installation and standard service‑desk procedures.
• Maintain and update documentation on SharePoint and the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
• Up to one year of experience in a similar IT support role (traineeships count).
• EU nationality.
• Availability to work 8‑hour shifts between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday‑Friday, with occasional overtime.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office (Office 2019 / Microsoft 365).
• Familiarity with Linux and macOS environments.
• Experience with VPN solutions, Pulse Secure and web‑conference tools (Skype, Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
