IAM Consultant – Identity & Access Management (Brussels)

About the role

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to join its Brussels team. You will work on securing digital operations, integrating IAM solutions and supporting critical cybersecurity activities in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot operational and cybersecurity issues across applications and infrastructure.
• Act as a cybersecurity expert to ensure system compliance, protection and best practices.
• Manage and respond to security incidents with rapid remediation actions.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
• Support integration of IAM solutions using SailPoint (Java) and CyberArk.
• Maintain databases and build complex SQL queries for operations and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response or IAM engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint (Java) is mandatory; CyberArk and API integration are a plus.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge; DBA experience considered a strong plus.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Willingness to relocate to Brussels and work 2–3 days onsite per week.
