Head of Marketing

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will lead four marketing specialists, combine people‑management with tactical marketing expertise, and ensure the squads operate as a connected, performance‑driven engine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop four specialists across growth & revenue, marketing ops, web & SEO, and partner & affiliation.
• Set priorities, ownership and cadence for the whole marketing team, coordinating with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Data and IT.
• Ensure the marketing tech stack is fully leveraged, driving best‑practice adoption and AI‑embedded workflows.
• Align web, campaign and automation efforts into a single acquisition and growth engine, turning performance data into decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing marketing specialists with distinct expertise.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset linking activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary delivery with clear priorities and follow‑up.
• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch; trilingual is a strong asset.
