Head of International Communications – Brussels

About the role

The Head of International Communications will lead Ayuda en Acción’s communication strategy outside Spain, enhancing the organization’s visibility and contributing to fundraising objectives across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, monitor and report the International Communication strategy (B2B and B2C) across external channels.
• Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate international marketing and communication programmes.
• Collaborate with Programs, Partnerships, Sector teams, Institutional Relations and other units to align strategic and tactical plans.
• Lead the regional marketing and communication team, ensuring alignment with country‑level teams and overseeing planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
• Represent the organization in European Union forums and other international institutional settings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading communication functions at an international level.
• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C communication dynamics.
• Excellent coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to represent the organization in high‑level external forums.
