Electrical Technician – Industrial Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems, glass packaging furnaces, and related production machinery. You will keep the factory running efficiently, solve problems quickly, improve processes, and prioritize safety.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair breakdowns, perform proactive and reactive maintenance, and carry out periodic inspections.
• Document interventions, prepare detailed maintenance and breakdown reports, and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Use and maintain personal protective equipment, secure work areas, comply with safety regulations, and report safety risks.
• Participate in and initiate technical projects, monitor external contractors, and ensure compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Strong technical and electrical expertise with precision and accuracy.
• Solution‑oriented, safety‑conscious, proactive and flexible attitude.
• Willingness to work a 6‑week rotating schedule (4 days day shift 08:00‑16:00, 2 weekend shifts 08:00‑20:00).
