DevSecOps Support Engineer (Junior / Medior)

About the role

As a DevSecOps Support Engineer you will help development teams adopt modern CI/CD practices while integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle. You will support daily usage of CI/CD platforms, developer tooling and security services, investigate incidents and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support development teams in the day‑to‑day use of CI/CD platforms and related tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and related service requests.
• Investigate security incidents and provide timely remediation guidance.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes.
• Maintain clear documentation of procedures, configurations and best practices.
• Collaborate with security, operations and development teams to embed security controls early in the pipeline.

Required profile

• Junior to mid‑level experience in software development, operations or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office and remote).
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning DevSecOps practices.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Understanding of how to integrate security checks into development pipelines.
• Experience with incident investigation and basic automation/scripting.
• Familiarity with version control systems and common developer tooling.
