Corporate Finance Internship – M&A Advisory (June 2027)

About the role

Join PwC’s Advisory team in Brussels as a corporate finance intern and support the M&A advisory practice from June 2027. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real deal transactions, gaining hands‑on exposure to the full M&A lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business development initiatives and conduct market research on the Belgian landscape.
• Prepare presentations, financial analyses and pitch materials for client meetings.
• Perform valuation exercises using various methodologies.
• Support the creation of information memorandums, long lists, dataroom set‑up and other transaction deliverables.

Required profile

• Final‑year Master’s student with an outstanding academic record.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with a strong interest in finance and M&A.
• Available for a minimum of three months, preferably a 4‑6 month internship.
