Content Moderation Specialist – Remote (PH)

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate user‑generated content for compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or non‑compliant material such as hate speech, fraud, or misinformation.
• Apply moderation policies consistently while maintaining high productivity and quality.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior teams for further review.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data privacy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, compliance, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess sensitive content objectively.
• Good understanding of cultural nuances that affect online interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
