Clinical Services Nursing Provider – Clinical Research

About the role

Join the Pfizer Clinical Research Unit in Brussels as a Clinical Services Nursing Provider. You will care for healthy volunteers participating in first‑in‑human and early‑phase studies, ensuring their safety while supporting groundbreaking therapeutic development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor participants in early‑phase clinical trials, recording vital signs, ECGs, and laboratory samples.
• Administer study medications and perform required procedures according to protocol.
• Maintain accurate data entry and ensure compliance with study documentation.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, scientists, and research staff.
• Adapt work schedules to meet the specific needs of each study, including occasional weekend or night shifts.

Required profile

• Qualified registered nurse with a strong interest in clinical research.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact with participants in French and/or Dutch.
• Proactive team player with good project and time‑management abilities.

• ECG acquisition and interpretation.
