Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team in Brussels. In this role, you will work on impactful digital transformation projects across our leading banking and insurance clients, while also gaining exposure to internal initiatives and cutting‑edge Data & AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy and product roadmaps into clear business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology/delivery teams to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
• Map, document, and analyze end‑to‑end process flows to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, manage expectations, and track progress.
• Assist in change management, user testing, training, and solution adoption across business units.
• Provide insights and reporting on project KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to support strategic decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities for automation, data analytics, or AI‑enabled tools to add value to business processes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Solid understanding of core banking or insurance operational processes and digital tools.
• Interest in AI and automation technologies such as chatbots, speech‑to‑text, digital assistants, or predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
